A quick thought for Sunday morning. Even the most alpha of alpha males wants three things: to be seen, to be heard and to be loved. The chest-thumping, the destructive behaviours, or the anger, simply forms a veneer of insecurity, masking the need to be loved, heard, and seen.

Irrespective of the need for men to follow the man-rules bible, we all need to be accepted by other human beings.

The sooner alpha males (and females) realise this, the better it will be for the rest of the world!
